Due to the amount of activities JIGSAW is now running there will be no capacity for late bookings to any of our events. This is due to the additional admin it requires and our workload. All events are advertised in a timely manner but please be aware they close to bookings when full OR about 3-5 days prior to the event. If you purchase a ticket to any event and are unable to attend, do not offer this to other members on social media. Instead contact the JIGSAW Thornbury events email or phone us at the base. All bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel with a full refund. This allows us time to fill your space. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

If you have any questions please email us at admin@jigsawthornbury.org.uk

Virtual Family Relaxation with Coconut Kids Yoga

February 15 @ 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm

Have fun, unwind and relax with Tanya from Coconut Kids Yoga!

This session will start with a fun, interactive game using some common yoga poses.

This will be followed by gentle yoga movement aimed at releasing tension, allowing our bodies and minds to unwind,  and finish with a lovely guided relaxation session, leaving everyone chilled out and ready for sleep!

Suitable for families (adults with children) who would like to enjoy some down-time together.  No experience needed. Loose comfortable clothing is recommended so that you can move freely eg PJs, onesies. For the relaxation part of the session when you will be listening to Tanya’s voice,  we would ask that everyone has the audio on mute so families are free to move about without disturbing each other,

We will mainly be floor based so if you have a yoga mat that’s great, but otherwise just a clear space on the floor for each person, big enough so that when you lie down and stretch your arms out you do not touch or bang into anything.  You’re welcome to have blankets and cushions to hand to help you be as comfortable as possible. You may like to soften your lighting for the relaxation part and, if it’s safe for you to do so, add essential oils and candles – this is your time!

  • All children attending must have an adult present in the same room.
  • Please book one ticket @ £3 per family/device.
  • A link to join Zoom along with visuals to help prepare your child will be sent by e-mail prior to the session.
