We provide a range of services designed for  

  • Children, Young People and Families 
  • Parents and Carers 
  • Youth Empowerment   

We offer regular groups, term time events, holiday activities, and training and awareness sessions. Children and young people remain the responsibility of their parent or carer throughout these events, with the exception of activities specifically for 14-25 year age group. Siblings are welcome to join in too. 

JIGSAW Thornbury membership
To access any of our resources, or attend our regular or one off events, you must be a member of JIGSAW.  It is free to join. All you need to do is fill out our online membership form.  We will then send you our ‘Welcome to JIGSAW Thornbury’ email with your membership number, which you will need when booking events with us through the website, or via JIGSAW CharitySuite, our membership and bookings system.

JIGSAW Thornbury support the whole family, so please add your family members when you join. If you are joining as a parent, we will require details of your children to process your membership. Young people joining independently of parents and carers must be aged 18-25 years. 

Bookings and Cancellations
Most of our events are bookable in advance to keep them accessible for all and to help us meet the needs of those attending, with the exception of our regular Tuesday Group which remains a drop-in session. 

Please note that most bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel with a full refund. This allows us time to fill your space.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be non-refundable. Please check each event description for specific details as events provided by external providers require a longer cancellation period. Thank you for your understanding with this. 

Covid policy 

To help protect our vulnerable children and young people, parent carers, volunteers and staff at JIGSAW Thornbury, we ask that our members follow the recommendations of our current Covid policy.
