For World Mental Health Day 2020 we’d like to shine the spotlight on our own contribution to improving children’s mental health – the Project 5 programme.

Project 5 is a toolkit to help young people develop skills to cope with anxiety and stress. It contains a journal based on Minds’ 5 ways to wellbeing and is now available for sale through our website shop. We also run courses and parents sessions alongside the journal to help anxious students develop an understanding of why we become anxious and teach coping strategies
